Mami Mafia Return Policy

We want you to love your Mami Mafia purchase. Please review the following information before placing your order.

SHIPPING

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During launches, sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take longer. If there is a significant delay, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate with you.

Shipping

Orders are shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Incorrect Addresses

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your purchase.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before we can resend the package.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Mami Mafia is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier that are subsequently lost or stolen.

If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, your building’s mail area, and the shipping carrier.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist you with the carrier when possible.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Return Window

We accept eligible returns requested within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • Free of stains, odors, makeup, pet hair, or other signs of use

  • Returned with original tags or packaging when applicable

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may be final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Gift cards

  • Items specifically identified as final sale at the time of purchase

How to Request a Return

To request a return, contact us at contact@mami-mafia.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you would like to return

  • The reason for the return

Do not ship an item back until your return request has been approved.

Return Shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

If the issue is confirmed to be our error, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement, exchange, refund, or other resolution.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow your payment provider additional time to process the refund after it has been issued.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may issue a refund or provide another available resolution.
